i). VI Global Fibertel Private Limited (GLOBAL FIBERTEL) is an authorized Class B Internet Service Provider with its registered office at #7-62/2/1/A, Shiridi Hills, Isnapur X Road, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy Dist, Telangana – 502307.

ii). Subscriber desires to become an authorized Internet access subscriber of GLOBAL FIBERTEL.

iii). Subscriber is responsible for obtaining statutory licenses and permissions.

iv). Changing cable providers other than authorized GLOBAL FIBERTEL providers may result in service termination.

v). Field support is unavailable between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

vi). Subscription payment must be made before the due date.

vii). Commercial users must submit and maintain updated network diagrams.

viii). Internet-related complaints must be routed through customer care.

ix). Illegal Internet activity may lead to immediate termination.

x). Subscriber must comply with all Government of India regulations.

xi). Redistribution of services is prohibited.

xii). GLOBAL FIBERTEL may amend terms at any time.

xiii). Required equipment must comply with Indian laws.

xiv). 95% uptime is guaranteed subject to limitations.

xv). IP misuse, spamming, or unauthorized activities are prohibited.

xvi). Written notice is required for disconnection.

xvii). Subscribers should verify the service provider periodically.

xviii). Installed equipment remains GLOBAL FIBERTEL property.

a). Subscribers must comply with Indian cyber laws.

b). Internet must not be used for anti-national activities.

c). Unlawful hardware usage is prohibited.

d). Services are governed by Indian Telegraph Act, Wireless Act, and TRAI regulations.

GLOBAL FIBERTEL is not liable for third-party services or interruptions and does not guarantee end-to-end bandwidth.

Services are prepaid and non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in case of non-feasibility and may take 4–6 weeks.

Neither party shall be liable for failures due to events beyond control including natural disasters, strikes, or power failures.

Subscribers must submit valid ID and address proof during registration.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts only.
